Source # 4

Last class really helped redefine my source. I was able to get an idea of what my five aspects could be. One of my aspects is the betrayal you get feel and get from your spouse when you find out he or she has cheated on you. Another aspect is fear not knowing what the future holds or whats going to happen next. Sadness and heartache you feel during and after the divorce. Also jealously breaks out between parents. My last aspect i think would be how the relationships and the dynamics change in a family. Im not sure if you can see all five aspects in my video but I know a few of them are in there.

response to my experience with final cut and editing

I had both a positive and negative experience with final cut and editing. I did enjoy editing when I knew how to do it. It got a bit frustrating when I wanted to edit something but I was not sure how to do it. I also had a hard time using the program because I encounter many problems that I could not fix and I felt stressed because of it. There was somethings that I was able to edit and I had fun in doing so because I knew how to do it. At the same time I felt a little bit limited. I wish I knew more about editing and how to do it. I think it would have been a little bit more funner and less frustrating if I did.

Source #3

For my storyboard first wanted to start out with the mother coming home on an early morning and having the door still lock from the previous night. So he has to pull out his keys to open the door. From there she goes upstairs to her home office to do some work. Soon her husband walks by her office and pops in to say hello at the same time his wife's phone is going off. As he glances at the phone he notices another mans name appears on the screen of the phone and soon they get into this big argument. Going on down stairs their daughter is overhearing this conversation. She try's to ignore their argument by zooming in on the noises she hears in the house. For example the clock ticking and paper crumbling. Before she knows it her father walks down the stairs with a suit case in his and out the door. The only sound she hears now is the door slamming close behind him and the car roaring off. I tried to incorporate my seven sounds into this but I soon realized i was not going to be able to. So Im going to collect a couple of new sounds that i think will work.

Source #2

For my source i am interested in divorce. Its something that I have experienced. I remember the emotions, feelings and sounds that creep up inside of you when you hear your parents are separating and the words why, why and why run through your head and thinking to yourself what is the future going to hold. All the different sounds you focus in on while you are trying to block out you parents arguing. The fear you get that you might be alone. How the whole thing happens so quickly and fast that you head starts spinning and your heart starts racing. Before you know it you hear the arguing ending, footsteps coming you way and the last sound you hear is the slamming closed. I also find it interesting how divorce effects everyone differently in your family and how they deal with differently then you. Then finally coming to truths with yourself that you parents are separated and having to accept it and move on with your life.
